After moving to Los Angeles 12 years ago, Thomas Schiffer decided to take his recipies and knowledge from working in the Pizza biz to start his own parlor. Along with his brotherRichard, the began their venture with a piece of property along the famed Albert Kinney Blvd. in Venice Beach, CA.
